I have been dabbling in real estate for the past 8 years or so. I have a full time job and I help a good friend farm about 2500 acres so I stay pretty busy. When I'm not working or farming you can usually find me on the golf course somewhere around Columbus, OH

I am an underwriter for Alpha Funding Solutions. We are offer short term capital solutions for real estate investors. Outside of my underwriting duties I also help source properties for our equity portfolio. Outside of Alpha, I also started my own company that flips and holds properties.
I have been investing in real estate for the past 5 years and I am interested in learning about new techniques for both residential as well as commercial real estate opportunities.
