I have been involved in real estate in several capacities over the last 15 years. Most of my experience comes by way of being a licensed real estate broker and creating specialized retirement plans that allow individuals to invest into real estate.
After getting the real estate bug around 2000, I studied for several years and made my first investment in 2003. Although primarily a landlord in Louisiana, I have also done extensive renovations, some flips, and 1031's. Eventually, I would like to acquire enough property to create enough passive income to replace my FT unrelated job.
