House hacked before we knew what house hacking was, flipped first two properties into $200,000 in equity. Bought dream 3 acre farmhouse fixer with an ADU to house hack while living country life. Now looking for our first property purely for investing. Researching between doing fix and flips for a while or small multifamily property.
