I am an insurance broker and real estate investor. We started in 2014 when we "house hacked" a duplex. I have been focusing on growing my agency but it is stable enough that we can now focus on expanding our real estate income. We (my wife and I) do this in the hope that we will have greater freedom to spend time with our growing family.
I've been a loan originator for 31 years. During all that time, I had two loans declined--still hurts--because I know what I'm doing. I'd rather not admit it, but I seem to attract complicated deals. Still close 'em. I can close non-QM loans in most states.
