My wife Danielle and I are passionate about real estate investing - we currently hold a condo in Philadelphia, PA and a duplex in Collingswood, NJ. We have the goal of purchasing another duplex in South Jersey in 2022!

Started with a rental in 2015, added two fix and rent in 2016, added another two rentals in 2017 and am looking to continue on this path or expand into quads. Would like to get into 5+ units in the future.
