My husband and I have full-time jobs and are looking to invest in real estate to build wealth and cash flow. Our goal is to build wealth to be able to retire early and use our cash flow as income. We have lived in Destin, Florida for 12 years and each has lived in the Florida Panhandle for over 25 years.
