Hello everyone. I am new in this forum and new to investing, but I want to start with either a flip here in NJ, or small rental out of state, or a short -term rental.
I'm an internet entrepreneur looking to get real and local with RE investing. Current goal: learn how to (and then) purchase first investment property... as a rental. Likely single-family, but would love multi if I can find a good deal.
Aspiring investor, I plan on beginning the process of purchasing my first property in the second half of 2025. Looking forward to learning as much as I can, networking and making friends with like minded people.
