I began my property investing journey in 2012 with a 3 unit purchase and living in one of the units while updating it. Through the years we acquired 9 more units and began doing Lake side Airbnb’s. I quit my day job in 2019 and now do what I love! We currently have 14 apartments and 3 Airbnb homes.
