I'm new to real estate investing, have not completed any deals at this time. Would like to complete at least 3 wholesale deal by the end of 2016.
Married for ten years with one 3yo son. We are looking to get into real estate because with my experience in remodeling I am more comfortable investing in that than trusting the stock market to provide for our future.
I am 61 years old, have done wholesale deals along with buy and hold and rehab's.Now i just like to buy old homes in decent neighbor hoods and knock them down and build new ones.I have a full time job and only looking to do 2-3 deals a year.
