I have been in real estate for 16 years, initially as a fix and flip guy, doing up to 3-4 deals per month, starting in 2000. I kept back some of them as rentals, eventually collecting 16 rentals by 2004. I decided to become a Realtor in 2004 to help other investors find properties and to sell my rentals as I became uneasy about the market....
