I am a relatively new investor in the Austin area. My wife and I have two SF rentals in South Austin, as well as one in Mexico City (long story!) and am in the middle of my first duplex rehab and rent in Georgetown.

I am active duty military coming up on retirement and ready for a change. Tired of working for someone else and prefer to be my own boss vice punching a clock everyday.
