I am a middle aged guy, married, fully employed and looking toward retirement. I have a lot of interests to carry me through my retirement years and good savings to support myself, but I would like to add rental real estate as an additional income stream.
I have a full time job and invest in stocks, commodities, and real estate on the side. I am also invested in multiple side businesses as a capital partner. Currently funneling savings from W2 job into income producing properties and businesses to build a sustainable monthly income and generate equity for the long term.
I was born and raised in Florence SC. Married and have 3 boys. I am 59 years old and have been involved in real estate for about 11 years.
