New to investing...just beginning to decide my farm area, gather professionals contractors and realtor, etc.
I'm an accountant and RE investor looking to expand my expertise in the accounting/RE field. I just passed the 4 CPA exams (all on my first try) and am currently waiting to get my CPA license.
We currently run 2 businesses own 45 rental units and flip 2 houses a year.We have also added Mini Storage's to our portfolio. We have been in the rental business for 5 yrs. We have flipped for 9 yrs.
