I am an estimator for a restoration company. I have been in restoration for 8 years. My wife and I are interested in wholesaling and flipping real estate.
I am in southeast Missouri . I have held several single family which I rented out.
They generally left after 1 year with thousands in repairs needed.
I usually upgraded when I made the repairs but am not interested in that anymore.
I am trying to learn about passive investment in multi family projects at the moment.
