Newbie investor looking to create relationships and build more knowledge in real estate.
I am a real estate investor based in the Tri-State area.
New to Investing, but not new to Reale Estate. Born and raised in the Indianapolis area. I’ve done allot of contract work, and about three years ago decided to start investing for myself. I have a construction background that extents back 15 years, everything from carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc... pretty much anything residential...
I am currently 24 and I graduated from California State University, Chico in May 2021. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. I am currently working as a project engineer at a construction management company in Medford, OR and a licensed real estate broker at John L Scott.
I am a Project Manager for an architectural firm in Madison, WI. I do residential and commercial design work as well as structural engineering design and calculations. I am married with two kids.
Investor with comercial Interior Design background ..
Have done flips/ rentals (14 years )and STR ( 5 years ) love real estate , architecture & design .. travel the world while doing it :)
