I have been interested in rental properties for a while now and I'm finally to the point where I think I'm ready do start. I'm just wanting to get as much information as I can before I buy a property and go about it all the wrong way and it sits vacant.

I am a dual Australian and US citizen. I lived in New Hampshire for 12 years with my American wife and children. We moved to Australia at the end of 2012 where we now plan to stay.
I am interested in buying a multi-family in NH for the purpose of creating an additional revenue stream.
