I am new and very interested in real-estate not for quick money but to actually learn the process that contributes not just to me but our American society at large and not just personal gains. Looking for a mentor that can help me learn the legal and ethical ropes of the real-estate business.

I live in Santa Clarita California. I had a deal go south in 2008. Bad advice etc. I plan to get the proper education this time. I'm looking forward to meeting the needs of others.
