New to Real Estate Investing and looking for a mentor. I am an extremely hard worker, detail oriented and persistent. More importantly, I'm hungry for it.
I am a college professor in the area of tourism and hospitality management. Am starting in the real estate investment industry. Am looking into multi-family properties that I can rent, not only to locals but also to tourists. I am also looking into learning a little more of the flipping business. Now in the process of building a good team.
Have invested in a few rental properties since 1986. Have done a few fix and flips and also built a couple spec houses. Have also invested in Tax Lien Certificates. I love investing in Real Estate.
