I am originally from the Boston, MA area where I grew up just south of the city. I now live in southern New Hampshire in the Monadnock Mountain region. I am primarily a buy and hold investor looking to accumulate multi family and commercial units for long term growth.
I am 62 years old from Clearfield, PA. I am looking to buy and sell investment properties and to also buy properties to use as rental investments. I currently have 2 rental properties and am working on the third one which is almost complete. Two of these properties are in my home town of Clearfield, PA and one is in the city of Dayton, OH.
I am new at this, just want to learn the Business, Educating myself with the Podcast, Blog's Book's And the Webinars.
