I am 23 and fairly new to investing in RE. I plan on sticking to mainly single family homes and duplex’s, but for the right deals I would consider 3-4 unit buildings. I have one 3 unit building and a 2 unit building. Also, bought a house and flipped it. This was my first year in the market.
