I just bought my first property this year and want to start investing in multifamilies around my area. I've heard great things about bigger pockets and hope this site and forum can be a great resource for the future.
Just getting started needs some advice..
I'm a lawyer in Nevada looking to make additional streams of revenue. I have many friends who invest in real estate, and it seems like a great way to help me reach my goal of financial freedom by 45. But, I would like to learn about real estate investment before jumping in.
