I recently purchased my first investment property, a 4/1.5 SFH in Chicago. When the dust settles from this investment I'll be looking for more properties in the same area (ideally 2 more doors in 2022). My SO and I are also looking for a second home/STR in specific parts of the Oregon coast and/or Maui/Kauai.
