Hi! We own several rentals in PA and are currently looking for another good deal on a multifamily property (or properties) there. My latest interests, however, include wholesale and rehab, especially in South Jersey. I am a full time construction PMP. Hoping to connect with like minded people in the area.

I came to the states about 40 years ago from England to continue my chosen profession in engineering and devote some time to playing New Orleans Jazz on clarinet, which I still enjoy to this day.
Now I am retired from Engineering I have found a new passion in Real Estate Investing.
