Rental Property Investor
I bought my first single family home when I was 27 and have been hooked on real estate ever since. I learned a lot from that experience and have been focusing on buying multi-family. I have bought in apartment properties in eight states. We look for cash flow positive, larger buildings in states that produce job growth.
