My name is Chris and I'm 30 years old, I have a great paying job that allows me to have about half the year off. In my off time I've done some large equipment flipping and wholesaling for income supplementing but I would like to get into rei mostly for buy and hold to create "financial freedom" but also flipping.
Currently working a 9-5 in the IT industry, squirreling away money. On the wrong side of 40 and want a more secure financial future than 401k/social security will offer. Looking to purchase my first multifamily property to flip or hold in the next 3-5 years.
I am a business owner of a construction company that serves several property management companies as well as a property manager in Seattle and the greater puget sound area. I currently run about 300+ units.
