Started investing in real estate in 2013 in Utah. Made a lot of mistakes and a decent amount of money.
Now I live in western PA, I’m looking to “double down” with what I learned and shoot for the moon.
I’m here to learn. I have always wanted to get into real estate, mainly flipping residential properties. I have wonderful people in my life that are skilled at all the trades necessary to remodel. I need to learn the financial side of it. I need to learn what the experts know.
