Formerly a corporate IT project manager for very large organizations, I made a career change and have been a practicing real estate broker in the Corvallis,OR area since 2007 (home of Oregon State University) mostly focusing on in-town residential and rural small acreage. Investing in real estate is/was an important goal.

Have bought and sold many properties in the UK and Canada, mostly as a hobby and to challenge my (our) creative side. Unexpectedly proved very lucrative and have acquired many sfr's as a result and now living off passive income, rehabs, conversions from sfh to legal duplexes. Still carrying on my hobby of buying rough diamonds at below...
