I moved from Maryland to Texas a few years ago and recently bought a property in Monticello, Ar. I split my time between Texas and Arkansas but am looking to live in Arkansas and start back at investing. I'm a buy-and-hold investor, but have structured my business model to incorporate flips.
I have been a loan originator for a few mortgage companies over the last 7 years. I have a couple rental properties as well. I am currently interested in getting involved with buying and selling REO packages in bulk. I am here to find all the ins and out of doing so. I am very equiped to do what I want in this field.
