I'm a mom, wife, and real estate agent in VA. Growing up in my family, meant being around different property sites: such as Building residential homes, surveying commercial property, hanging drywall, mud & tape drywall and rehabbing. Its a natural fit for me to get involved in connecting sellers and buyers for Residential real estate.
I have owned and sold several homes and now own a house in Boulder; recently bought a rental property in Denver. Have invested in rentals in Michigan, and bought land in Florida.
I am retiring so in need of establishing new sources of income. Interested in testing wholesaling; flipping seems less likely in Colorado's overheated...
