We stumbled backwards into the rental industry. Then we picked up several houses in the same neighborhood. A local university became interested in purchasing them so we have built up a handsome portfolio. My interest is learning to deal with the paperwork and logistics of managing them.
Very successful in short sales in the past but they currently have proven way too challenging to turn a profit. Have transaction funding so am looking for deals to make a little and pass it on for someone else to make money.
