I am learning about investing and real estate on the side of working full time. I teach engineering at the local college and I am currently working out the details of a land contract to buy a duplex as my first real estate investment.

Have worked construction many times and for years on the side. My full time job is working offshore in the gulf of Mexico. After 25yrs , im looking to make a living at doing what I love the Most.. Building and restoring.
