I earn $100K annually, no real savings, and no credit history. I see usable 1/4 acre land for $20K and great prefab homes for $80K. The strict qualifications for construction loans make them unattainable for me. I am looking for a way to finance about $150K for a prefab home and property I have $10K of my savings to work with.
