After a few years of listening to the BP podcast and reading countless books, I dove off into real estate investing by purchasing a 4-unit from a neighbor. I've used the BRRRR method to grow my portfolio to 11 units.
I plan to keep pushing forward and acquiring more units in the North Louisiana/South Arkansas area.
