Starting to get into real estate investing, by wholesaling, eventually would like to move to fix and flips as well as rentals.

I am an electrical engineer by day and part time investor nights and weekends. I enjoy traveling and the outdoors and hope that real estate investing will allow me to free up more time for those things.
