I work for a technology startup in the Bay Area by trade, but have a passion for creating long term wealth through real estate on the side (my 5pm- Midnight job). I have only been in the real estate investing game for a short time and am eager to learn from all that have come before me.
I am a landlord with rental property in Tampa FL. I love houses, big ones, little ones old or new. My goal is to do some investment deals to increase my income and in the future put more properties in my portfolio for passive income during retirement.
