I am a mom, a wife and a small business owner. My husband, Philip, and I have an adorable 3 year old son, according to others that is. I am from The Carolina's, but most recently moved back from the Houston area. We love being back and being closer to family.
Currently invested in SFH, but interested in branching out to multi family.
I have owned LTR since 2010 in Florida. I recently sold all my LTRs and jumping in head first into STR with a large luxury cabin in the Smoky Mountains. I plan to scale my STR business quickly 2021-2024.
