At this point I’m on a lookout for my first investment in real estate. My first goal: House Hacking deals.
I’m interested in all aspects of real estate, but will mainly focus on rental properties. BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) are from my point of view a perfect match.
I am a Real Estate Broker, Investor and an entrepreneur. I have done a bit of everything including being a Registered Investment Adviser, holding Series 7,24,52 and 65 licenses and a business owner. Have an MBA and started life as a Banker. I am real old.
I grew up in St. Louis fixing up foreclosures and selling/renting properties with my parents. Currently, I am a Realtor and always enjoy looking for the next deal. I am always up for discussing RE investment/networking so feel free to ask if you have any questions.
