Looking to start generating income in the wholesaling business
I'm relatively new to investing. I was born and raised in Dallas, but have lived in NYC, Vegas, and Denver.
I currently work in F&B and I'm looking to begin real estate investing as a way to exit that industry in the next 5 years.
Currently not involved in any real estate deals, nor do I own any rental property but im looking to get started in real estate investing. I only have knowledge from the books I have on real estate and courses I have took. I don't have a real estate license but I plan on getting licensed in North Carolina
I have been in IT sales for over 15 years. Although being an account executive has provided a great life for my family, I am passionate about real estate. I'm very much interested in real estate investing. My husband and I have a dream to use real estate investing for our retirement. I brought a townhouse before I got married. I now rent out my townhome. It has always been in the back of my mind to flip houses and own rental properties.
