I am new to flipping but am very hard working and ambitious.
Looking to buy rental properties with mainly cash and I'm just getting started. Hoping to purchase my first property in the next 2 years.I do not plan to quit my job but to slowly grow my properties over the years to add to my retirement.
I have no experience in real estate. Just here to learn. Would love to get into flipping one day.
Worked with private money in Scottsdale between 2004-2008. I am now living in Boston and about to take on a multifamily rehab. Just looking to take this project and parlay it into another.
I began flipping houses before the term was even invented. After 50 years, my advice is the same; Buy Low, Sell High. Nothing else matters.
