I currently work in the Multifamily Data Technology space. I live in San Francisco and self-manage a multi-unit building here.
I am a beginner real estate investor. I am especially interested in small multifamily rental properties in New Jersey in an area that has easy commute to New York City. I currently work at a full time job for a Bank. My goal is to invest one small multifamily home every two years to achieve financial independence within the next 10 years.
I have a real estate broker license but that is not my occupation. I’m a general contractor and would like to finally use my experience and licenses and get into real estate investing.
