I live in Central MN and I am new to REI. I am employed in the medical field. I see real estate as a valid wealth building asset class and am serious about getting started. I would like to start out small with a duplex or a quad this year and build from there. I enjoy time with my wife and 2 children, kite-surfing and mountain biking.
