I am new to real estate investing but have kicking around the idea for years. I have been in residential construction for 25 years and am looking into building a rental base and flipping houses.
I started in electrical Construction back in 1999 and eventually was able to get my electrical C-10 license back in 2008. I've been doing electrical work as a contractor ever since.
