I own 3 rental properties in Lubbock, Tx. My husband Obtained the properties years ago and was ever really interested in them. So, I've decided to take them over. I'm in the process of buying my 4th house and want to learn more about package property deals. We live in Austin, Tx but currently we are only seeking houses in Lubbock.
