I'm beginner real estate investor. I'm interested in flipping, wholesale and rental properties. The problem I'm having is where to start. I took classes but I get stuck getting started.

I have a job cleaning out and restoring investment properties and getting them ready for the market. Would one day hope I could be the one to flip these houses.
