I am a licensed architect in New York and Connecticut with a top-20 Finance MBA. My passion is saving older, well-detailed homes from demolition. Many times the property just needs vision. I'm also dedicated to providing well-built housing to families in my area.
I have been a realtor for almost a decade and began investing in 2014 when I bought a property rehabbed it and have a very happy tenant. I recently bought and rehabbed a condo and make a $20k PROFIT so I was happy with that.
My next flip I would like to move a bit more upmarket - bigger investment + bigger risk = more profit right....
My husband and I currently own several properties in south Louisiana. We are still working on the road in gas and oil but have set a goal for ourselves to be off the road and finically independent within the next 3 years.
I am opening to any advice and suggestion. Looking to make connections and meet potential lenders/investors.
