I am 39 and am looking for financial freedom. I work 40 hours a week but I enjoy my job and those I work with. I need supplemental income to save for the future. I have know experience in RE except for the purchase of my house. I work in the construction field and have networked a lot of relationships over the years.

I want to buy a quad Plex so I can have my family live near me,were wanting to move to Florida hopefully we can find something we can lease or rent to own
