I am a relevant newbie to real estate investing. Seven months ago I bought my first duplex and now I am under contract for a quadplex. I have a buy and hold strategy at the moment and look to maximize cash flow. I am hoping to grow my team and also to begin sponsoring deals and bringing in investors.
