Fell into flipping when I bought my first home.

Fell in love with a house that happened to have a guest house behind it and stumbled into house hacking before I even really new what is was. This birthed an interest in RE investing an am doing what I can to learn as much as possible until I am confident enough to make that first deal. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
