I am currently in the process of attaining my real estate license, and building up my portfolio by investing in real estate and working as a realtor. My goal of being on this site is to collect as much information as possible so I can be as knowledgeable as possible regarding anything related to real estate.
My experience in real estate is in 1984 I bought 8 properties for rental and sold all of them with in 2 years. I did not have enough time to manage them.
1993 I flipped a property for a $10,000 profit.
