My name is Chris Kelley and I am a retired Army Warrant Officer currently living in Puyallup, WA. I started investing in Oklahoma in 2005 doing FLIPS and buying and holding properties as rentals. I still invest in Oklahoma but am looking to expand into other markets and looking to purchase my first multi family property.
