I have successfully flipped two homes in which I house hacked. Additionally, through a JV, I own a Duplex.

I started out in the film industry, working for 8 years in the production office until I decided my life needed drastic change. I've house hacked twice in San Francisco, 1 house flip in the East Bay and have rented out my personal home on short term rental markets.

I'm a husband and father of 2 beautiful girls. Outside of our rental portfolio I run a steel fabrication business. We currently have 55 units, consisting of both single family and multifamily homes.
I lied about my age/birthday. Made mistake not flipping (turning over) the vacant land. I held on to it as an investment, should of "held onto the cash and flipped it" but I didn't care, I was glad to have a home and enough money to continue researching, writing and producing art.
